About SASCON

The conference

SASCON is the ASIS International regional conference for Sub-Saharan Africa. The 2027 edition takes place in Accra, Ghana on 20 to 21 July 2027.

The lineage

SASCON rotates between host chapters each year:

2023: Abuja, Nigeria
2024: Nairobi, Kenya
2025: Lagos, Nigeria
2026: Cape Town, South Africa
2027: Accra, Ghana

The hosts

The 2027 edition is hosted by ASIS Ghana Chapter 278, part of ASIS Region 11A and the incorporated entity behind the conference. Ghana takes its turn as host as SASCON continues its rotation across the region.
